Who we are

LaunchTrust is operated by Erek Studio. LaunchTrust helps indie app builders, vibecoders and ecommerce operators review public trust signals before launch or submission. AI Notice Kit is the AI-disclosure module inside LaunchTrust. LaunchTrust is a compliance aid, not legal advice.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this landing page, the free checker, the hosted disclose.js AI Notice Kit badge, and messages you send to us by email. The current public site may run on the legacy ainoticekit.com domain until the LaunchTrust domain is connected. A future paid dashboard may have additional account, monitoring, alert and scan-record behavior, which will be described before paid access reopens.

Data we do not collect from the free badge

The free AI disclosure badge runs in the visitor's browser. It does not send page views, user identifiers, cookies, IP addresses, prompts, conversations, or device data to LaunchTrust.

Data used by the free checker

The four-question checker runs locally in your browser. It stores small first-party local counters such as lt_page_view, lt_check_complete, lt_snippet_copy, and lt_paid_intent in your browser's local storage so you can inspect local funnel behavior. Those counters are not sent to us unless a first-party analytics endpoint is explicitly configured; it is currently disabled on this static site.

Data you choose to send us

If you email us, we receive the email address, subject, message, and any information you include. We use it to reply, provide support, and understand product interest. Do not send secrets, private user data, payment card data, or sensitive legal material by email.

Payments

Paid checkout is currently paused. When paid plans reopen, payment will be handled by a merchant-of-record or app platform payment provider. We will not ask you to send card details directly by email.

Cookies and tracking

This landing page does not use third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. The current site uses local storage only for the small first-party counters described above.

Public scans and signed evidence

Future LaunchTrust Pro scans are intended to check public URLs, public DNS email-auth records, visible frontend bundles, exposed public files and public store pages for the app or ecommerce owner. The scan record is designed to describe what was visible at scan time, such as detected public pages, headers, public policies, disclosure signals, secret-pattern signals and market-rule mappings. Do not submit private dashboards, unpublished URLs, user content, credentials, or confidential material.

Retention

Email messages may be kept as long as needed for support, product operations, and basic business records. Local storage counters stay in your browser until you clear site data. Future paid scan records will have retention controls documented before paid access reopens.

Your choices

You can clear local storage in your browser at any time. You can ask us to delete support emails or correct contact information by emailing [email protected].

International users

LaunchTrust may be used by people in multiple countries. If you contact us from outside Türkiye, your message may be processed where Erek Studio operates and where its service providers process email or hosting data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes, especially when the paid dashboard opens or a LaunchTrust domain is connected. The updated date at the top will change when we make material updates.
